AWS Specification :AWS A5.11 E NiCrMo-7
JIS Specification:NONE
Other Specification: NONE
I. APPLICATIONS:
For welding on C-4, NiMo16Cr16Ti and surface cladding on low alloyed steels. Exceptional resistance to contaminated mineral acids, chlorine contaminated medium, dry chlorine, sea water and brine solutions.
II. NOTES ON USAGE:
-
Its weldability is as same as austenitic stainless steels.
-
Keep the interlayer temperature under 100ºC and cool it as fast as possible.
-
Keep the welding current as low as possible.
-
Dry the electrodes at 150 ~ 200ºC for 30 ~ 60 minutes before use.
