Nickelarc 152
AWS Specification :AWS A5.11 E NiCrFe-7
JIS Specification: NONE
Other Specification:NONE
I. APPLICATIONS:
Welding of inconel 690, improve resistance to stress-corrosion cracking in nuclear, pure water environments.
II. DESCRIPTION:
Nickelarc 152 is used for the all-positional welding of nickel alloy steels type Inconel 690. Good mechanical properties. Efficiency 100%
III. NOTES ON USAGE:
-
Preheating is not necessary in general.
-
Avoid the continuous welding if possible. It is effective to weld under 150ºC for reducing cracking tendency.
-
Dry the electrodes at 150 ~ 200ºC for 30 ~ 60 minutes before use.
