Nickelarc 686 CPT
AWS Specification :AWS A5.11 E NiCrMo-14
JIS Specification: NONE
Other Specification:NONE
I. APPLICATIONS:
For welding duplex, super-duplex stainless steel-austenitic stainless steel and Ni-alloys (UNS N06059 & 06022), Inconel C276, 622, 625 and 686. Corrosion resistance in pollution engine and chemical, petro-chem, oil or gas and marine industries.
II. NOTES ON USAGE:
-
Its weldability is as same as austenitic stainless steels.
-
Keep the interlayer temperature under 100ºC and cool it as fast as possible.
-
Keep the welding current as low as possible.
-
Dry the electrodes at 150 ~ 200ºC for 30 ~ 60 minutes before use.
